Hey y’all I’m Kate, your fun loving, bubbly stylist that wants to make your hair dreams come true!

I’ve been a stylist and makeup artist for 19 years this year ( umm how?!?) I love upping my skills with on going education to bring you the best I can. I’m the salon owner for 5 years now and it’s definitely my home away from home.

I love all things color, loved in, simple, complicated, vibrant or natural. I’m a 5 times certified Airbrush Makeup Artist, Bridal hair expert and 3 times certified extensions specialist as well as a Certified Surface Educator.

When I’m not slaying all things hair and makeup you can find me at home on our mini funny farm. We have lots of critters. My husband Bobby our kiddos RJ and Bella are my life. We love to travel, play outside and family movie nights.

I’m an avid fitness mama that loves her workouts as well.

Hi Friends, I’m Dani! Happily married Wife and Mama to two crazy-awesome kiddos! I’ve always enjoyed dabbling in the beauty industry with nails and make-up, and with the help of my VERY persistent best friend (who is also our salon owner 😜), I finally took the leap to take my hobby and passion for nails to a professional level, and started as a licensed Nail Tech in 2017.

I enjoy getting to meet new clients, taking on a challenge with fun nail art, and fine-tuning my craft with lots of continuing education - in order to offer my clients the very best services possible with high-end tools and products. I’m certified 2X in Erica’s ATA dry manicuring, 2X in Luminary Nail Systems, 2X in HDH Structured Gel Manicures, and in Kokoist Japanese Gel products. I’m always looking for new classes to help better myself and my services.

I function on way too much iced coffee and sing along to EVERY song playing at the salon. Come sing along and hold hands with me while we journey to your dream nails! 🥰

Heyyyy my name is Alexis aka Lexie; I’m a licensed cosmetologist at Rustic Elegance. When I’m not in the salon you can find me snuggled up having a night in with my family, hiking, at the gym, or kayaking with friends and family. 

I love meeting new people and helping them to achieve their healthy beauty goals!!! Whether you need a relaxing haircut experience, express beauty services, lash lift, a complete color rebalance, extensions and more; Im here for you!  Proud to have my AAS in cosmetology, but I could not stop there. You know I had to keep advancing my skills by earning certifications for Ellebana Lash Lift. I also achieved dual certifications for different extension methods. Always continuing education; with more exciting certifications on the horizon for 2024! My goal is to become certified in something new every year to keep bringing you that freshness! I’ve had the privilege of working in the beauty industry for the last 10 years. It’s been an absolute honor to work alongside Kate at Rustic Elegance since 2019! I love to do anything you can dream up with color, cuts, blonding, lash lifts, waxing, tinting, hair extensions, and more. I specialize in lash lifts, precision haircuts, lived in colors and vivid coloring.

Hi, I'm Michelle (or sometimes referred to as "Red"), your friendly, copper-haired, fashion- loving, stylist...and you're sure to have a whopping good time here at Rustic Elegance Salon! I'm a passionate hair stylist and makeup artist, and I strive to make your experience at the salon one you won't soon forget. As my guest, you'll receive: a warm, welcoming smile; a thorough consultation; a comfortable, safe, relaxing atmosphere; a listening ear; and my full attention. I'm quite silly and quirky, and you can be assured that I will undoubtedly bring laughter (and singing) to brighten your day (after all....laughter is like medicine for the soul). Your comfort matters to me; if you need a quiet (or slient) appt, please know that you can absolutely have that.

My first memory of the beauty industry takes me back to my childhood, when I would watch my mom (who was a stylist) braid and style hair. I practiced braiding on my barbies (ha!) and somehow mastered the art of french braiding. In my teen years, I discovered my love for makeup. Being a self-taught makeup artist and love for styling hair (way before YouTube or social media was a thing), I had my first taste of doing hair and makeup for a family member's wedding and then another time, driving four hours to do my best friend's hair & makeup for hers. I'll never forget the sheer joy I felt after...it was so fulfilling to me. Seeing their tears of happiness really sparked something in me. I surely didn't know what was possible at that time, but those experiences led me to where I am today. I continued doing hair & makeup for various occasions [all while still being self-taught] and finally decided after years of contemplation and a friendly kick in the butt from my friend and mentor (Kate 😘), to become a legit, licensed stylist. With hard work and perseverance, I've now been a full-fledged stylist for approximately 13 years now. I not only have a special love and skill for bridal styling, but I've found that I have quite a passion for hair transformations as well. People often ask me, "what's your favorite service to do?" I can never decide, because when I'm doing a bridal service- it's my favorite... when I'm doing a haircut- it's my favorite...when I'm doing a color or blonding service- it's my favorite...and when I get to the styling part of the service- it's my favorite, too! I am truly obsessed with painting hair...creating art on hair...knowing I can curate and create something unique and beautiful is therapeutic to me. I would have to say that the most highly requested color services I'm particularly seeing are dimensional color transformations such as reds/coppers (that's #1), brunettes, and more lived-in/natural/low-maintenance blondes. For haircuts, definitely shags (I specialize in shags and curly cuts!). I adore giving someone a fresh, new look. I stay current with hair trends and am confident with my skill level. I offer both traditional and airbrush makeup application and teach lessons on how to apply makeup (as well as hair styling lessons). Additionally, I offer facial waxing and skin care education. By continuing my education and knowledge through classes and certifications, I am able to offer high quality, high value services. I will always take time to educate each guest on hair/scalp health and how to take care of your hair at home with the proper products and tools. I stand behind my work 100% and pride myself on guest experience and satisfaction. specialize in shag and curly cuts. I'm certified in Temptu airbrush makeup, Hotheads tape-in extensions, Brazilian Blowouts, and Olaplex.

If you know me very long, you'll see that I am inspired by fashion and fashion accessories; I wear many hats (pun intended haha!). My style for the day is usually determined by my mood. Boho, rocker chic, country, glam, 90's, 70's, etc. Layering with graphic tees are definitely having their moment for me right now. And then accessorizing... it completes my outfit! I have fun choosing what I want to put together to create a look. Aside from working at the salon, first and foremost, I'm a wife, mother of 4, grandmother of 2, singer/songwriter, and a workout/nutrition coach (Crossfit is life!). I enjoy baking and cooking. Making homemade food has become something I thoroughly enjoy; I'd even consider it a hobby of mine. Another tidbit about me; I am a huge skin care advocate. I started using a skin care regimen at the age of 13. I research skin care ingredients regularly and have made customized facial oil blends for the last 10 yrs. It makes me feel like I'm a bit of a chemist.
